Goals of the Program: 

* To review Leadership Context (Individual, School, Community and Political) and reflect on its impact on school leadership. 

* To review your instruction and supervision context and develop a supervisory stump speech. 

* To engage in a classroom observation and develop an approach for providing feedback. 

* To review the elements of hard/fierce conversations, rationale for why we hesitate and practice outlining a conversation. 

* To engage in a simulation regarding teacher evaluation.
