Power Hour -“A Conversation with Gary Patterson, Uvalde, Texas, Superintendent, who navigated a district following a tragic school shooting”

• Presenters: Gary Patterson, former superintendent, Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District in Texas (Special guest: Dr. Shawn Fitzpatrick, superintendent, Schuylkill Haven School District)
• Session Description:  This session will provide perspectives on safe schools presented by Gary Patterson who was the Superintendent of Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District in Texas. Following the tragic shooting that took place there, he was significantly involved in recovery operations. Also, Dr. Shawn Fitzpatrick, Superintendent of Schuylkill Haven School District will join as a guest.
